General Terms

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms are subject to change. Clients will be informed of significant changes.

Payment

100% full payment AFTER sketch is completed and approved.Note: 50/50 payment are only available for orders via Artistree or direct invoicing. The first half of the total cost is required after the sketch is approved. The remaining half is due upon completion of the final work. The full payment must be received before the final work is given.another friendly note
You may notice that my prices are listed in two currencies and have different price points. This is intentional and comes down to a few things:
1. It helps cover transaction fees charged by payment platforms.
2. I want to make my art accessible to my fellow Indonesian artist/local buyers. The US dollar is much more stronger than the Indonesian Rupiah.International Clients: International rates applies to all orders through PayPal, Ko-fi, or Artistree.Local Clients: If you're based in Indonesia and paying via local bank transfer/E-wallets, you get local pricing!I know it can be confusing to see two different prices, but this balance allows me to work with both my local and international comms fairly. Client's/Artists' Rights

The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only, unless the client has paid for commercial use. The client may not alter the artwork without the artist's consent. Proper credit to the artist must be given when the artwork is displayed publicly.UNLESS the clients requests confidentiality, the artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use, reproduce, and display the artwork for self-promotion and portfolio purposes. The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork on social media, websites, and other platforms. The artist does not claim ownership of any characters or designs provided by the client but maintains rights to the commissioned piece itself.

Refund Policy

1. If the client cancels before work has begun, the deposit will be refunded.2. If the client cancels after the sketch is completed, the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payment will be refunded.3. No refunds will be given once the sketch is completed and approved by the client.

Privacy Policy

1. The client agrees not to share personal information about the artist (such as real name, personal email, phone number, etc.) without the artist's explicit consent.2. The client agrees not to share private conversations, emails, or any other communication with the artist without permission.3. The client agrees not to publicly share the artist's work-in-progress images or unfinished work without prior consent.4. The artist will not share personal information provided by the client (such as email address, real name, etc.) without the client's explicit consent.
